Glenwood Canyon Half-Day Raft Trip

If we had a couple of hours to spend on the river and wanted to show our friends or family what it's like to experience the thrill of Class III whitewater and the beauty of Glenwood Canyon, we would take them on this trip. And no worries if rapids aren’t your jam. With an additional boat ramp just below the rapids, you can opt out of the rapids and still make a half-day of it.
Departs Twice Daily, June through August @ noon & 4 pm

Life jacket, helmet, complimentary use of splash gear

Optional run through the Class III Shoshone Rapids
Glenwood Springs Full-Day Raft Trip
$179/person
Of all the ways to spend the day, few are better than spending them on the water. Our Full-Day trip starts with a run through the Class III Shoshone Rapids. We'll paddle through Glenwood Canyon before stopping for a catered riverside buffet lunch. We'll then continue down the Colorado River in your choice of raft or inflatable kayak. The total time spent on the river is around 5 hours.

With shaded picnic tables, restrooms, private changing rooms, snacks, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase on site, it’s your full-service hub for summer livin’ in Glenwood Springs. Defiance’s guided experiences at RMYC are intentionally kept small to reflect the Yacht Club’s laid-back, intimate vibe. Welcome to the Club!
